How long ago was the rail used for freight?

Many have asked this question and although we don’t know the exact date we have talked to an engineer from our partner railroad that did deliver railcars on one of the spurs in approx. 2004. This is on the ” 700 lead” and we think this date is more recent than the last movement on the main lead and the south branch.
